SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all regular ground orders of $25.00+ within the USA. We usually ship via UPS, but sometimes ship USPS depending on the volume of orders. Please let us know ASAP if you have a preference. All orders $25.00 or less have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. If you would like your order faster you may chose the express shipping option at checkout. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes. We will ship anywhere in the world. Although, we do not offer expedited shipping options outside of the US.

May I pick up my online order at one of your retail locations? 

Yes! If you would prefer to pick up your phone or online order at one of our retail locations, email max@haystacks.net or call 231-271-0608 after placing your order. We can transfer your items to Suttons Bay, Leland, Traverse City in a few days.

My order is a gift, can you include a note and remove the prices?

Yes. Please email max@haystacks.net as soon as you place your order to let us know that it is a gift. We will be sure to remove all price tags and include a special note if desired. We do ship our packages quickly, so please let us know as soon as possible.

Where are your products made?

All of our Haystacks Brand skirts, pants, and tops are made in Suttons Bay, Michigan. Our partners in Los Angeles cut and sew our Leelanau Cotton waffle and french terry garments and dye them in house. Our Design Studio, sewing facility, online store, and business offices are all located in Suttons Bay, MI. The other products we sell come from all over the world, with many originating from the US, with an emphasis on items made in the US

What are your Textured and Jacquard Fabrics?

Our Textured and Jacquard Fabrics are knit to our specifications exclusively for Haystacks Brand. The distinctive raised pattern of the solids and the striking two color knits are a perennial best seller. A garment made from this fabric is comfortable, packable, colorfast, machine washable, and holds its shape very well. Each season the designers at Haystacks work with the mill to create exclusive jacquard patterns and color combinations. 

Can you shorten my Haystacks pants?

Yes. We can shorten any full price Haystacks pants. Please measure the amount you need taken off or pin it to the desired length and send it to our Design Studio in Suttons Bay. Hemming and return postage is free of charge, and please allow 3-4 weeks for hemming. Unfortunately we do do not offer hemming for sale items

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, we would appreciate a return within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to you in the original form of payment.  A gift card will be issued for any sale items. All tags must be on the items with a receipt present. Items returned after 30 days may be returned for store credit only. Items without a reciept will be returned for present value of item. For further assistance, please call 231-271-0608.

May I return my online or in-store purchase to a Haystacks retail location?

Yes. If you have placed an online order and would prefer to return it to one of our retail stores, you may do so. You will be refunded through your original method of payment, or you may exchange it for another item. You may also return any in-store purchases to any of our store locations. We do not accept returns at our Design Studio or business offices.
What if I receive the incorrect item?

Please contact us via email at max@haystacks.net, and we will arrange the correct item to be sent out to you.

Do I have to pay the return shipping for an item I didn't like or that didn't fit?

Yes. If you placed an order and need to return/exchange an item that did not result from an error by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. 

How should I send my return/exchange?

Items may be sent back via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Return instructions will be enclosed with your order. If you are returning due to an order error by us, please email max@haystacks.net and we can send you an electronic return label via email. 

ONLINE ORDERS

I have a gift card, but do not see a place to enter my gift card information. How do I use my gift card toward my online purchase?

If you have a gift card, you may call our Design Studio at 231-271-0608 to place your order over the phone or you can place the order online and then call and we can refund you the balance. We will manually enter all the information for you. Our gift cards can be used at any store location and will never expire.

The size I would like to order is not available. What should I do?

We are continually restocking our website, and availability of an item may change daily. You may also request an email when the item is back in stock by emailing max@haystacks.net
