If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Haystacks you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for all returns/exchanges unless there is an error in the order committed by Haystacks. In which case, please contact max@haystacks.net for a prepaid shipping label.
Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt, order number or name in the return package.
Sale items will be refunded in the form of online store credit which will be delivered via email. Full price items will be refunded to the original payment method.
