If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Haystacks you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) 

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for all returns/exchanges unless there is an error in the order committed by Haystacks. In which case, please contact max@haystacks.net for a prepaid shipping label.

Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt, order number or name in the return package.

Sale items will be refunded in the form of online store credit which will be delivered via email. Full price items will be refunded to the original payment method.

All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in unworn condition with tags still attached to the item(s).

Full price items will be refunded back to the original method of payment, while sale, mark-down and clearance items will be refunded in the form of online store credit.

If a receipt or order number is not included with the return, the amount of the refund will be the current price of the item.

Item(s) purchased online may be returned to our retail stores, however our retail locations are only able to immediately issue in-store credit for online orders. If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method, there will be a 1-2 week delay while the return is transferred back to our warehouse, processed and then refunded.

Gifted items will be refunded in the form of online store credit which will be emailed to the customer.
