We like to have returns withing 30 days of purchase, but we understand if it takes a little longer, especially if it is a gift.  Don't panic, just try to get it back in a timely manner.  When you mail it back, please provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, and a phone number, along with a copy of your receipt, if available, and a brief note about your return.

For a return of full priced merchandise, we will call you for a credit card number if you paid by credit card, or issue you a check if you paid by cash or check.  For returned sale items, we will issue you a gift card.

If you would like to exchange an item, please include a note detailing what you would like to have sent to replace the items you are sending back, and your name, address, and contact information, including an e-mail address.
