We like to have returns within 30 days of purchase, but we understand if it takes a little longer, especially if it is a gift. Don't panic, just try to get it back in a timely manner. If you ordered your purchase online, please fill out the Return Form that was sent with your order.
If you made your purchase in one of our stores, when you mail it back please provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, and a phone number, along with a copy of your receipt, if available, and a brief note about your return. For a return of full priced merchandise, we will call you for a credit card number if you paid by credit card, or issue you a check if you paid by cash or check. For returned sale items, we will issue you a gift card.
If you would like to exchange an item, please include a note detailing what you would like to have sent to replace the item(s) you are sending back, and your name, address, and contact information, including an e-mail address. We do not keep credit card numbers on file; our system allows us to process refunds for online orders, but does not allow us to charge additional amounts. We will have to contact you for credit card information, so please provide us with a valid email address or phone number where we will be able to easily contact you.
For returns after 30 days, a store credit (partial or full depending on time frame) will most likely be given.
