- You have 30 days to return your merchandise
- Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
- Refund on full priced merchandise will be in the original method of payment
- Refund on Sale Merchandise will be in the form of a Haystacks Store Credit
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- If an error was made on the part of Haystacks, you will be issued a refund for the return shipping
- When mailing back a purchase, include your name, address, email, phone number, a copy of your reciept, date of purchase and reason for return.
- If purchase was made in the form of cash or a check, a check will be issued, which may take up to two weeks to process
- When exchanging an item, include the style, color and size of the replacement item desired. Include your contact information and shipping address.
- After the 30 day return period, a store credit will be given for the current price of the item.
We do not keep credit card numbers on file. Our system allows us to process refunds for online orders, but does not allow us to charge additional amounts. We will have to contact you for credit card information, so please provide us with a valid email address or phone number where we will be able to easily contact you.
