Haystacks Sizing guide for your bias skirts and energy pants

Haystacks clothing is made to fit most anyone. You may choose whether you would like to wear our garments more snug fitting, or looser. Our fabrics are all stretchy and very comfortable; they give you a chance to size up or down to obtain the look you desire.

Bias Skirt Sizing

X-Small 22” waist, 21” length, 28” hip/butt * Size 0-00

Small 24” waist, 21” length, 32” hip/butt * Size 2-4

Medium 26” waist, 21” length, 34” hip/butt * Size 6-8

Large 28” waist, 21” length, 36” hip/butt * Size 10-12

X-Large 30” waist, 21” length, 39” hip/butt * Size 14-16

Lately in our retail stores, we have noticed people buying several skirts in two different sizes, some to wear to the office and some to wear for play. Kate Skirts

Emma Skirts

One size fits most.

24"waist, 24" length, 26" bottom

Our Emma Skirt is a new addition as of Fall 2012. This skirt is fitted with a pencil-like style. It also has our signature lettuce edges on the side, top and bottom seams. It is perfect to wear high and belted. For more colors, please call any of our store locations to see what we have in stock.

These skirts have an elastic waistband and will stretch to accomodate many sizes. They run larger than our bias skirts.

Choose the Surreal style if you have a clearly defined waist, and the Minx style if you do not. It's a simple rule of thumb that usually works. If you like a super fitted top, this fabric has a lot of stretch, it is Brazilian and is quite comfortable when worn very fitted.

Our energy pants have an elastic waistband that will stretch and will accomodate larger measurements than indicated. For instance, a size Large will fit a 38” waist, 47” hip. So there is a lot of “give”. You may custom order any inseam length, simply by emailing us your inseam length. We will check on fabric availability and then let you know if you can go ahead with your order. Custom inseam lengths usually take two weeks to process. Rush service is available.
